Sip, Scale & Socialise is a Women in Business After Hours event created for women across business, employment, leadership, education, career change and creative industries. It is designed to bring women together in a welcoming, informal environment where connection comes before promotion.

Following the success of our first event in Barton-upon-Humber, this second gathering marks the next step in growing Sip, Scale & Socialise into a regular networking series across Northern Lincolnshire.

There are no formal presentations, forced introductions or expectations to pitch yourself. This is a chance to unwind after work, meet women from different industries and stages, exchange ideas and build relationships that continue beyond the evening.

Whether you run a business, work within an organisation, lead a team, are changing direction or simply want to build your confidence and professional network, you are welcome here.
