Join us for a guided sound art walk from The Mouse in the Moon to the Pier, capturing the living history of Cleethorpes seafront
IMPORTANT | PLEASE READ
What to expect: A guided, sensory stroll from The Mouse in the Moon illumination (Brighton Slipway) to the Pier, tuning into the sounds, signs and coastal memories that define Cleethorpes. There will be rest points along the seafront benches during this journey.
The impact: The soundscapes, visual signs and stories we collect will directly inspire the 'Letter P' bench poem for the new Pier Gardens regeneration project.
Tickets: Strictly limited to 40 people total. Please book a ticket for every individual attending.
Photography: As this is a funded community project, photography and audio recordings may be taken to document the session. Please let the facilitator know upon arrival if you prefer not to be filmed or photographed.
MEDIA RELEASE: Attendance and partaking in this session grants full rights and ownership to North East Lincolnshire Council for any creative outputs captured in the duration of this session as a direct result of session activities (i.e. sound recordings and captured images).
This session is part 3 of a series of 3 FREE creative arts workshops made in collaboration with Create North East Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire Council and supported using public funding from the UK Government.
