What happens when stories refuse to stay on the page? Join us for a special evening with Jasper Fforde, one of the UK's most imaginative and beloved authors, as he introduces Dark Reading Matter, the latest instalment in the extraordinary Thursday Next series.

Expect an entertaining and insightful discussion as Jasper explores the worlds behind his fiction, the return of literary detective Thursday Next, and the boundless possibilities that exist when books themselves become part of the adventure. The event will include an audience Q&A and the opportunity to have books signed afterwards.

The event is suitable for adults and young people aged 16+

Please purchase a ticket for each person attending.

There is a charge of £8 per ticket

About the author:

Jasper Fforde has been writing in the Absurdit/Speculative Genre since 2001 when his novel 'The Eyre Affair' debuted on the New York Times Bestseller list. His 18th novel, 'Dark Reading Matter' will be the eighth and final book in his 'Thursday Next' series and he counts his sales in millions. He lives and works in his adopted nation of Wales.
