Welcoming a child into the world can be a deeply emotional and transformative journey. Blessed with Child workshop offers a safe, supportive space for couples to explore their experiences, hopes, challenges and dreams around conception and parenthood.

Phase One – Preparing for Conception

For couples who are finding it difficult to conceive or who are on their journey towards becoming a family.

Together, we gently explore the emotional, mental and physical aspects of preparing for pregnancy. The workshop provides space to reflect on experiences such as difficulties with conception, pregnancy loss and IVF, while exploring the beliefs, family traditions and inherited patterns that may influence our journey.

Through a combination of hypnotherapy, life coaching, psychodrama, breathing exercises and connection with nature, you will be invited to explore your experiences from different perspectives, release emotions, gain greater awareness and reconnect with your hopes and intentions.

You don't have to go through this journey alone. Come and share, listen, explore and connect with others who understand.
