Our Speaker

Tanner Hassan-Hicks is a property developer, investor and dealmaker with over 17 years of consultancy and investment experience. Through Ajito Property, he works on a range of development projects, including commercial-to-residential conversions, professional and student co-living schemes, and other value-add opportunities.

Before launching Ajito, Tanner held senior advisory, project management and consultancy roles on major international infrastructure projects, including Istanbul Atatürk Airport, Skopje International Airport and King Abdullah Economic City.

His talk, "How to Turn £9k into £110k in 18 Months", explores the gap between learning about property and actually doing deals. Drawing on live projects and real-world development experience, Tanner will share practical insights into taking action, overcoming barriers and spotting opportunities that others miss.
