Brookwood Military Cemetery, the largest Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) site in the United Kingdom, covering approximately 37 acres.

MEETING POINT: Canada Building. This is the building just beyond the gates as you enter from Dawney Hill.

The tour lasts approx. 90 mins and covers about 1500 metres on grass with some uneven ground.
Brookwood Military Cemetery can only be accessed by vehicle via the entrance off Dawney Hill. Limited parking is available outside the Canada building or down a road to the right of the entrance.
There is a direct train service from Waterloo to Brookwood Station from which there is an entrance to the cemetery. You will need to allow 10-15 minutes to walk from the station to the meeting point.
CWGC Brookwood Military Cemetery is not to be confused with Brookwood Cemetery. Google Maps provides the most accurate directions to the site.
Public toilets available in the American cemetery section.
Please come dressed for the weather and wear suitable footwear. Please bring water if required.
Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome in the cemetery.
Please note there can be last minute cancellations. This can be due to various reasons including illness, site issues and weather. We will email you as soon as we can but this could include the morning of the tour, so please check your emails prior to leaving for the tour.
