Join me for a deeply relaxing Friday Night Sound Bath at Kilnhanger Yoga Studio, a stunning space set amidst the rolling beauty of the Surrey Hills (near Shamley Green).

As the week comes to a close, take this time to pause, breathe, and unwind in a tranquil environment. Nestled in nature, this peaceful studio provides the perfect setting to let go of tension and immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments.

Allow yourself to drift into a state of deep relaxation as the harmonious sounds wash over you. A perfect way to end your week feeling calm, balanced, and restored.

Spaces are limited, so book your place now and give yourself the gift of deep rest.

Arrival Information:

The studio doors will open at 7:00pm, and you're welcome to arrive any time between 7:00pm and 7:10pm to settle into your space. If you happen to arrive a little earlier, we kindly ask that you wait outside or in your car until the space is ready. This helps us maintain a calm and welcoming environment as we prepare the studio for the session - thank you for your understanding.

The session will begin promptly at 7:15pm, and to preserve a peaceful atmosphere for everyone, late entry won’t be possible.

What to bring:

A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie/sit on

A pillow

Blanket(s)

Drinking water

Optional: an eye mask and an extra cushion/pillow for under your legs

A journal if you’d like to write down thoughts before or after the session

Anything else you need to stay cosy, comfortable and warm

(yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are also available to borrow at the studio)

Kilnhanger is approximately a 20 minute drive from Guildford, 5 minutes drive from Shamley Green,10 minutes drive from Shere village.The address is: Kilnhanger, Farley Heath Road, Farley Heath, Near Guildford, Surrey, GU5 9EW

The dirt track that leads up to Kilnhanger is situated just off Farley Heath Road. Drive down the track past Kilnhanger stables & then turn right and drive straight up to Kilnhanger Main house.

Kilnhanger is a beautiful, rural location tucked away in the Surrey Hills. I recommend using this Google Maps link for accurate directions.

Parking:

Parking is located at the end of the dirt track just before entering the gravel driveway at Kilnhanger. It is just before the gate in the clearing on your left hand side, you will see a Kilnhanger Parking sign. If that parking area is full then you are welcome to park in the main driveway area near Kilnhanger Main house or Kilnhanger cottage. Please kindly avoid parking directly in front of Kilnhanger Yoga Studio or blocking any other vehicles in.

Accessibility:

Kilnhanger Yoga Studio is located on the ground. Please note that the toilet facilities are located up one flight of stairs and are not wheelchair accessible.

Please Note: While sound meditation is generally considered a safe practice, it may not be suitable for everyone.

It is typically not recommended for individuals with:

Epilepsy (where seizures are triggered by sound or vibration)

If you are unsure whether sound meditation is suitable for you, please consult your doctor.

By booking a ticket for this event, you agree to the following terms:

- Late Arrivals – Please arrive on time, as late entry will not be permitted to avoid disruption to the session. Refunds or transfers will not be issued for late arrivals.

- No Refund Policy - All ticket sales are final. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided once a booking has been made. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify me in advance if you choose to do so.
