An immersive, single day experience created for the woman who has forgotten what true joy feels like.

Rediscover Your Joy

An immersive day to get curious about what you want, find your spark again and make room for joy

Picture this: a whole day with no lists, no logistics and no “quick question” from anyone. Just you, a room full of brilliant women and proper space to think.

You’ve built a life you’re proud of but somewhere between holding it all together and being the person who knows where everything is, your joy got bumped down the list. Below the meal plan. Below the emails. Possibly below the bin day.

This day takes a step inside your life - looking a what lights you up now, whats important to you - not anyone else.

You’ll walk out with:

Your own answer to “what actually makes me happy now?” A real, specific list in your own words, not a vague promise to “do more for yourself”

A new perspective of your week - Small, realistic and built to survive a Tuesday.

Boundaries you can use immediately. Not theory, but the actual words, ready for the people who’ll be surprised you said them.

Permission, minus the guilt. You’ll leave knowing why wanting more joy isn’t selfish, and how to explain it to anyone who needs convincing.

A room of women who get it, the kind you’ll want to stay in touch with.

You’ll love this day if you adore your life and your people, but you’re ready to ask what you want from it, and you’d like to do that without apologising for it.

This isn’t a life overhaul, a wellness lecture or a day of sitting in a circle being told to breathe. It’s a fun, interactive day for you - so you can find your spark again.
