About This Event

Silent Space at Polesden Lacey offers visitors a tranquil garden experience, encouraging relaxation and connection with nature. The space features a wildflower meadow in spring and summer, vibrant autumn colours, and a serene winter landscape. Admission is required, and the series runs on selected dates.

You can find Polesden Lacey’s Silent Space tucked away in the Upper Sunken Garden, below the formal gardens. In the spring and summer the space is a wildflower meadow full of butterflies and bees. In the autumn it explodes into a firework of autumn colour. In winter it’s a frosty dream. Take a moment to relax and switch off and enjoy nature. Sit on one of the benches while engaging your senses and enjoy the changing seasons in this quiet part of the garden. The Silent Space will run on Fridays from 1pm – Closing
