About This Event

The Silent Space event takes place within the Upper Sunken Garden at Polesden Lacey in Guildford. This outdoor venue features a wildflower meadow designed to support local butterflies and bees during the spring and summer months. Various performers present their work in this secluded area below the formal gardens. Admission is required for attendance, though specific ticket figures are not provided.

You can find Polesden Lacey’s Silent Space tucked away in the Upper Sunken Garden, below the formal gardens. In the spring and summer the space is a wildflower meadow full of butterflies and bees. In the autumn it explodes into a firework of autumn colour. In winter it’s a frosty dream. Take a moment to relax and switch off and enjoy nature. Sit on one of the benches while engaging your senses and enjoy the changing seasons in this quiet part of the garden. The Silent Space will run on Fridays from 1pm – Closing
