FAQ's

1. Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event due to illness, COVID, or any other reason?

Unfortunately, according to our policy, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. However, you have the option to resell or transfer your tickets since we do not require names for entry. Please note that contracting COVID or any other illness does not qualify for a refund.

2. Can I resell or gift my tickets to someone else?

If you find yourself unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer or gift your tickets to someone else, as we do not require attendees’ names for entry.

3. I haven’t received my tickets/confirmation email. How can I find it?

In many instances, guests who are unable to locate their tickets may find that their email address was misspelt. Additionally, if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, your tickets may have been sent to the email address associated with those accounts. If you still cannot find your tickets, please contact us at info@mega-events.co.uk

4. Will there be more tickets available if the event is sold out?

If the event is sold out, we will not release any additional tickets or sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations.

5. Is there a waiting list for sold-out events?

We do not have a waiting list.

6. Do you offer concessions for disabled attendees?

If you are a wheelchair user, please book the Wheelchair/Accessible ticket directly through the venue.

8. Is the venue accessible?

Our events take place in various locations across the UK. Please check the venue’s website for information on accessibility.

9. Is there a dress code?

There is no strict dress code for the event. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. However, if the event is being held in a cathedral, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing high heels as they may cause damage to the cathedral flooring.

If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to gift your tickets onward, as we do not use names on the tickets as a condition of entry.
