The movement will be sensual and intuitive. No dance experience is needed. You will be invited to explore movement within your body in whatever way feels natural and comfortable for you. Come dressed in the colours of the harvest flame: red, rust, burnt orange or burgundy. Wear something you can move freely in and that makes you feel powerful, feminine and fully yourself.
