CHOSEN MILES BACKYARD ULTRA 07 May 2027 ·

North Yorkshire · Last one standing

No finish line. No set distance. Just one loop, every hour, until only one runner is left.

This is the first in-person event from Chosen Miles Events. It's built for people who want to find out what they're really made of.

How it works

A 6.7 km loop, starting on the hour, every hour.

Finish the loop inside the hour, rest, and line up for the next bell.

Miss the bell or finish outside the hour, and your race is over.

The last runner to complete a loop on their own is the winner. Everyone else records an assist.

Who it's for

First-time ultra runners chasing their first big number. Seasoned ultra runners going for the win. Anyone who's ever wondered how far they could go if nobody told them to stop. You set your own finish line.

The setup

Clear rules, a tight setup and a crew who back each other. Every loop is marked, every hour is timed, and the crew stays out on course until the last runner is done.
