A Reiki-infused sound bath is a deeply relaxing wellness experience that combines the soothing sounds and vibrations of a traditional sound bath with the gentle energy-healing practice of Reiki.

During the session, you'll usually lie down comfortably, close your eyes and allow yourself to unwind while calming sounds from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and gongs fill the room.

What makes it Reiki-infused?

Reiki is a Japanese practice based on the belief that energy can be channelled to encourage balance and wellbeing. During a Reiki-infused sound bath, the practitioner incorporates Reiki techniques, either through gentle touch (with permission), hands held above the body, or an intention-focused approach.

What might you experience?

A feeling of deep relaxation and calm

A chance to switch off from everyday stresses

A peaceful, meditative state

A sense of emotional comfort and wellbeing

Time to reconnect with yourself

Some people describe feeling warmth, tingling or a floating sensation, while others simply enjoy the peaceful sounds.

Although many people find these sessions relaxing, scientific evidence for Reiki's specific energy-healing claims is limited.

The beauty of a Reiki-infused sound bath is that there's nothing you need to do, nowhere you need to be and nothing you need to achieve. Simply lie back, relax and enjoy a little time just for you.
