Join us for a magical outdoor sound bath in the beautiful setting of the Swinton Spa Garden.

Surrounded by nature and cocooned by the trees, you’ll be invited to settle in comfortably as Liz creates a soothing sound journey with crystal singing bowls, Reiki drumming, gongs and chimes.

This outdoor session includes mostly mat spaces, along with two deck chair options and one hammock space for those who’d prefer a different way to relax.

With fresh air, birdsong and the calm beauty of the Spa Garden all around you, this is a lovely opportunity to rest deeply, reset gently, and enjoy the nurturing magic of sound healing in nature.

Held outdoors beneath the stretch tent, you can relax comfortably and enjoy this special experience surrounded by the beauty of the gardens.
