Winter Vintage Tasting with Food Pairings You will taste four sparkling wines with Kristin who is the Oxney owner and winemaker – three single variety and culminating in a classic blend. Super exiting to discover the individual tastes and characters of the wines that make up a classic cuvée. Food pairings are an interesting area and with each wine you will have a small bite. Lunch is optional and the booking system will guide to the options available. We look forward to seeing you! Useful information Please arrive promptly for the start time as we can’t delay. We can refund you if you cancel four weeks before of the booked tour/tasting. Cancellations for any reason after that will not be refunded. We can move your booking within the same season (May 2026 – May 2027) if you let us know four weeks before the booked tour/tasting. After that we can not move it. Please bring your booking confirmation with you on the day. Transport: We have ample parking if you come by car. If you travel to the area by train, Rye is our closest station, we recommend booking a taxi to the vineyard in advance (several weeks). Also make sure you book a taxi for your return journey. Our local taxi companies are very busy on Saturdays and it is likely you won’t get a taxi if you call on the day. We do not have a specific taxi company we recommend.
