Treat yourself to an evening of fantastic food, wild flavours and seasonal ingredients, all while helping to raise vital funds for Veterans’ Growth.

Flavour Fred, a former restaurant owner and chef from St Albans, will be creating a delicious menu inspired by the countryside, using locally foraged and seasonal ingredients wherever possible. Expect creative dishes featuring wild mushrooms and other flavours gathered from the local landscape, bringing Fred’s restaurant experience together with his passion for wild and seasonal food.
