This is all about having fun, celebrating creativity and bringing people together.

Participation is free, but registration is required.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVETo help everyone enjoy the event safely and confidently, we strongly recommend that you:
• Watch the official dance tutorial videos on our Instagram and YouTube channels before attending.
• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for dancing.
• Wear sensible, secure, flat shoes with good grip. High heels, slippery footwear and bare feet are not permitted.
• Bring water if the weather is warm.
• Dress appropriately for the weather, as this is an outdoor event.
PARTICIPANT SAFETY AGREEMENTBy registering for this event, you confirm that:
• You are choosing to participate voluntarily.
• You understand that this is a public community dance event involving physical movement.
• You understand that, despite reasonable safety measures, participation involves inherent risks including slips, trips, falls, collisions with other participants or members of the public, contact with pillars or other fixed structures, and changing ground conditions including damp surfaces, sea spray, sand or shingle.
• You agree to follow all reasonable instructions given by organisers and volunteer marshals before and during the event.
• You will remain within the designated dance area.
• You will not dance on the beach or shingle.
• You will wear sensible, secure, flat footwear suitable for dancing on concrete.
• You will dance responsibly, remain aware of your surroundings and avoid behaviour that could endanger yourself or others.
• You will not perform lifts, acrobatics, flips, jumps, stunts, stand on another person's shoulders or climb on any structures.
• You understand that organisers may refuse participation or ask anyone to leave the dance area if they believe a participant's behaviour, footwear, clothing or condition presents a safety risk.
• You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are able to participate safely.
• If your health, mobility, injury status or any other circumstance changes before or during the event in a way that could make participation unsafe for yourself or others, you will not participate or you will stop participating immediately.
• You understand that Bottle Alley is a public space and members of the public may be present throughout the event.
• You understand that organisers may alter, delay, pause, relocate or cancel the event if reasonably necessary due to safety, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• You understand that photographs and video recordings may be taken by organisers, media and members of the public. Images from the event may be used to celebrate and promote future events.
• You acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and accept the inherent risks associated with taking part in this voluntary community event. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability where this cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
