A very special Cheese Club hosted by Juliet Harbutt!

This month ladies and gentlemen, we are delighted that our very own Cheese Club is playing host to world-renowned cheese expert Juliet Harbutt! Based in New Zealand, Juliet is an award-winning author, judge, campaigner and consultant who helped Alex James and Prince Charles make cheeses and advised Harrods, Marks & Spencers and Tescos. In 1994 she founded the Great British Cheese Awards and in 2000 she created The Great British Cheese Festival. She has published numerous books, won multiple awards and appeared on Ready Steady Cook, Saturday Kitchen and the Hairy Bikers! We’re thrilled to be having her at the Sally where she will present seven exclusive, Spanish cheeses to be served alongside two glasses of her favourite NZ wine, all hand-picked by Juliet, plus a glass of one of our favourite Herefordshire ciders.
