About This Event

The Ghastly Georgians trail at Berrington Hall in Hereford invites visitors to explore Georgian life through a self-guided route on 24 October 2026. Admission is required to access the trail.

Step back in time and discover the strange, shocking and sometimes downright disgusting side of Georgian life! Follow the trail around the site to meet eccentric characters from the Georgian era, uncover revolting remedies, terrible table manners, gruesome punishments and creepy superstitions. Perfect for curious families, this fun and interactive trail reveals the gross and ghastly stories that history books often leave out.

Trails are £3 each which includes a prize, normal admission applies.
