A friendly readers' group for children at Hereford Library.

Calling all young book lovers! Join us at Hereford Library on the second wednesday of every month for our Little Hedgehogs book group.

Led by local author Rose English, these relaxed monthly sessions are perfect for children aged 9 - 11 years. Together, we’ll chat about books, share opinions and celebrate stories — all while enjoying squash and biscuits! 🍫📖

Each month, the group will explore a new title chosen from a selection of age‑appropriate books curated and supplied by Herefordshire Libraries. Examples of the lovely books we have been enjoying are How to Train Your Dragon by Cressida Cowell and Beanstalk Murder by P.G. Bell.

Duration: 1 hour

Suitable for ages 9 - 11 years.

Sessions are FREE but booking is essential.

All children must be accompanied by an appropriate adult who must remain on site for the duration of the session

Run by Rose English (https://www.facebook.com/RoseEnglish.UK.Author) and Little Hedgehogs Book Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1399685014686029/?ref=share_group_link&rdid=F70f9suQQIhFfIET&share_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fshare%2Fg%2F1JnQzP9sos%2F#) in partnership with Herefordshire Libraries.
