Monmouth Town Council Invites you to say “Thank You for the Music” at an Outdoor Cinema Event Celebrating the Re-Opening of Inglis Bridge.

Monmouth Town Council is delighted to invite residents to a spectacular Outdoor Cinema screening of Mamma Mia on Sunday 20th September at Vauxhall Fields, Monmouth to celebrate the landmark re-opening of Inglis Bridge and a fantastic achievement for the community.

After inviting the public to vote for their favourite film, there was no “Winner Takes It All” debate – Mamma Mia proved to be the runaway favourite!

Whether you’re a lifelong ABBA fan or simply looking for a memorable evening with family and friends, this promises to be an event to remember. So “Take a Chance on Me” and join us for an unforgettable night under the stars.

Bring your picnic blanket or camping chair (no glass), gather your favourite people, and if you feel inspired, don’t hesitate to arrive in your best ABBA-inspired outfit. While fancy dress isn’t essential, everyone is encouraged to unleash their inner “Dancing Queen” and enjoy the atmosphere!

Gates open at 6.15 pm ahead of a 7.15 pm start time. Food and drink vendors will be on site, along with lighting and toilet facilities, ensuring that everyone has everything they need for a fantastic evening.
