You can bring a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink. Or can you? Join Jack Laycock's for a short talk exploring the concept of conceptual extraction in the modern-day drinks industry and sign-post the way forward for the keen-eyed perry sellers of the day.
Jack & Cidermugs are importers of fine French cider and perry on a mission to bring the electric natural cider scene growing across Normandy and Brittany across the Channel to the UK. They will also be operating a stall on the day showcasing some exceptional French perry, from their exclusive imports.
This talk will last up to 30minutes.
Please note: This talk will last 30 minutes and is not a tasting.
Tickets are free and allotted on a first come, first served basis. A limited number of tickets are available in advance, any unreserved or unclaimed tickets will be available on the day from the museum's reception. If you can no longer use your allotted ticket, please get in touch with the museum team by contacting enquiries@cidermuseum.co.uk.
