Join Marches HR for a morning dedicated to workplace mental health and wellbeing, while helping to raise funds for Herefordshire Mind.

We'd love you to join us for a morning dedicated to workplace mental health and wellbeing, and help us to raise vital funds for Herefordshire MIND.

Our workshop will take place in the beautiful surroundings of The Pavilion at Castle Green in Hereford, overlooking the River Wyel. Our workshops has been designed for local employers, managers, business owners and people professionals who are passionate about creating healthy and supportive workplaces.

During the morning you will:

Learn why mental health matters in the workplace

Gain practical wellbeing insights from Lorna and Annette of Marches HR

Hear from Herefordshire MIND about their work across the county

Connect with other local employers and professionals

Enjoy a relaxing half-hour guided meditation session

We want attendees to leave feeling informed, refreshed and inspired, with practical ideas they can take back into their businesses.

We are grateful for the support of The Pavilion at Castle Green and CSONS, who will be providing refreshments throughout the morning. Guests are also welcome to extend their visit and enjoy lunch at CSONS afterwards.

All proceeds from the event will support Herefordshire Mind and the valuable work they do within our local community.
