Because Birth doesn't always read the birth plan. Inductions, assisted births, caesareans & the unexpected, ALL explained without the fear!

This isn’t about sitting through hours of slides telling you what happens in labour. It’s about knowing what to do when it’s actually happening. Led by experienced Midwives Emma and Louisa, our antenatal education brings together evidence, real clinical experience and practical preparation for birth.

We’ll help you understand your options, your choices, what questions to ask, how your partner and support team can help, and how to navigate things if pregnancy and birth don’t follow the plan.

No perfect birth promises. No judgement. No information overload.

Just really good preparation, taught by people who know birth and know that every family will do it differently.

We want you to leave thinking: I understand my options. I know what to ask. I know what I can do. And I feel ready.
