An anthem so quietly enormous it sneaks up on you every single time. The kind of song a room full of people can’t help but feel elevated by.

As ever - no performance, no audition, no experience required. Just voices joining as one and something shifting, the way it always does when humans sing together in a room.

Our host for the evening is Rob Castell, who will guide you through every part - vocal warm-up, learning the harmonies, putting it all together. There's knowing a song. And then there's singing it with a room full of humans who all understand it in their own complicated way. Come and find out what that feels like.

Tea and flapjacks provided.

What to expect:

A relaxed, welcoming 90-minute session from 7:30–9pm. A warm-up. Learning the song in parts. Singing it together. Tea. A post-session hang if you'd like to stay.

What not to expect:

Judgement. Auditions. Anyone caring whether you're in tune.
