You don't need to print off your Eventbrite ticket!

The Task:

A morning of raking, coppicing and litter picking so plenty for all ages and abilities!

No experience is necessary and we always love to see new faces!

Timings (please note these timings are approximate):

10.00: Minibus departs from Lido, please don’t be late!

10.15: Arrival on site for safety briefing

11.30: Tea & coffee break

13.00: Minibus arrives back at Lido, work finishes, time to go home!

What to bring:

Please bring your gloves (we will have spares) and dress for the weather and the task.

Long trousers are advisable as there may be thorny vegetation and ticks. We also recommend wearing steel toe capped or sturdy boots rather than trainers.

Wear layers that you can remove if you get hot whilst working. Bring a waterproof as most of our sites have no shelter from the rain. If it's sunny you may need a hat and suncream.

Please bring plenty of fluids and a packed lunch. We will bring a tea kit and biscuits.

Please note:

Biscuits are served at all Chiltern Rangers sessions. Please advise if you have an allergy.

Sometimes there is a need for us to use power tools that can be noisy.

Under 18?

We love encouraging children and young people to get involved in our activities. However, we do not provide childcare and children and young people must be closely supervised due to the nature of our outdoor work. If you are booking a ticket for anyone under 18, please read and follow our Under 18 Policy here.
