You cannot spoil a baby with closeness. Holding, handling, carrying, movement and practical ways to help your baby feel safe.
Led by Jodie, our experienced Postnatal Facilitator, this workshop combines evidence, practical know-how and real support for the wonderfully messy first months of parenthood. We’ll help you understand baby's development, movement and need for closeness, but we’ll also look after the humans raising them.
No perfect routines. No parenting rulebook. No pretending everyone’s loving every minute. Just practical tools and reassurance because babies need looking after but parents do too!
