Partnering with Leisure Solutions Community Trust and Buckinghamshire Public Health, we present a free physical activity taster event at Stoke Madeville Stadium!

Discover fun, friendly ways to get moving at our free physical activity taster event for individuals aged 50+. Whether you're looking to become more active, try something new, improve your health and wellbeing, or simply meet new people, this event is a great opportunity to explore local activities in a welcoming and supportive environment.

What to expect:

At this event we have many taster sessions and classes for you to try out in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere!

Sessions include:

Tai Chi

Seated Exercise

Walking Sports

Group Walks

Pickleball

AND Many More...

All abilities are welcome and no experience is required!

There will be a marketplace of stalls for you to explore information for your local area, including FREE blood pressure checks!

This free event is designed for people aged 50+, but everyone is welcome to come along and join in. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided, and free parking is available on site.

Registration starts from 9:30am for the first taster session to begin at 10am.

All you'll need is yourself, clothes you can move in, and a water bottle!
