Chef Nick Edgar, former Head Chef at Le Manoir au Quat Saisons has designed a beautifully crafted 5 course tasting menu exclusively for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.

Focused on seasonal and fresh produce, each course can be paired with wines curated by Cindy Marie Harvey, wine expert and owner of Love Wine Food

Tickets are limited to just 25 guests so early booking is essential!

Nick Edgar was a former Head Chef under Raymond Blanc at the world-renowned, two-Michelin-star Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.

Nick’s culinary career began early, inspired by a childhood spent in his father’s bakery. He has worked at some of the world’s most influential restaurants, including WD 50 in New York and the acclaimed Charlie Trotter’s, Tru, and Alinea - amongst the top ten restaurants globally. Nick has also worked for the Michelin starred Juniper in Manchester and Danesfield House in Marlow.

Having twice reached the finals of National Chef of the Year and led the kitchen at The Samling in the Lake District, he secured the restaurant its own Michelin star within 9 months, earning him the title Cumbria Chef of the Year. His career has also expanded into the private sector as personal chef to Formula 1 World Champion Jody Scheckter, bringing his refined style to an elite clientele. In 2021, Nick joined Hambledon Vineyard as Head Chef, guiding the development and launch of its new multimillion £ restaurant and continuing to build on a career defined by precision, creativity, and excellence at the highest level of dining.

Nick has a personal connection to The Grange and has curated a beautiful 5 course tasting menu which he will cook at The Grange on 2nd December. The tasting menu is available with or without wine pairing. All profits will go to support the Charity’s work to transform lives by rebuilding connection, companionship, and confidence for deaf people through trained hearing dogs.

5-courses (plus canapes and bread course) - £95.00 per head.

5-wine pairings - £35.00 per head.
