Breast, bottle, a combination or something else. Let’s make feeding make sense. Practical preparation, realistic expectations and support for however feeding might look for your family.

This isn’t about sitting through hours of slides telling you what happens. It’s about knowing what to do when it’s actually happening. Led by experienced Midwives Emma and Louisa, our antenatal education brings together evidence, real clinical experience and practical preparation for birth, baby and those first days.

No judgement. No information overload.

Just really good preparation, taught by people who know babies and birth and know that every family will do it differently.

We want you to leave thinking: I understand my options. I know what to do. And I feel ready.
