Join us (outside) at Aston Clinton Park, London Road, Aston Clinton HP22 5HL. The cost is £5.50

We will be moving to Stoke Mandeville Stadium from Jan 5th - March 16th 2026 (no session Feb 23rd), where the cost will be £8.50.

Wear anything you feel comfortable to exercise in, and we recommend removing any jewellery. Please bring a drink.

What is WALKING NETBALL?!

It’s a slower version of netball, with some adaptations to the rules:

No running or jumping (one foot must always be in contact with the ground)

You can hold the ball for 4 seconds

You can take an extra step

These rules are designed to be kinder to our joints and muscles. Walking Netball has endless benefits for physical, cognitive and mental health. It’s a great way to be active, meet people and improve well-being.
