A FREE 2 hour bike maintenance course aiming to give you the skills you need to carry out adjustments and small fixes on your own bike.

We have lots fo free activities on in the park this day - Children's bike skills, DIY Bike Maintenance Workshop, E-bike test rides, Dr Bike Repairs Session, Guided Nature Walks, High-vis sewing workshop, the Neighbourhood Policing team are registering bikes and more. Then come and join us for a FREE 2-hour bike maintenance workshop where you’ll learn how to check whether your bike is safe to ride, how to adjust brake blocks and cable tension and how to remove the rear wheel and replace the tube to repair a puncture.

Feel free to bring your own bike to have a go on, but this is not complusory.

EPIKS Walk Wheel Ride programme is working to make it simpler, safer and more accessible for everyone in the district to choose walking, wheeling and riding as part of their everyday journeys. We want to help more people choose active travel more often for their local journeys.
