We usually offer a choice of two walks each Sunday, plus some walks on Saturdays and on Tuesday evenings during the summer months. All walk leaders are (experienced) volunteers from within Huddersfield Ramblers, who plan the walks carefully and recce the routes in advance. Up to 10 Meetup participants are allowed to join our group per walk, with each participant being allowed to bring one guest. Our walks range from 4-5 mile strolls through to full-day outings of up to 20 miles; on a typical Sunday, though, we usually offer one walk of around 10-13 miles and another of around 6-9 miles. In choosing to come on any given walk, please plan accordingly in terms of your abilities, fitness, and what you will need to bring.
