Our first of what we hope will be a monthly 5 Rhythms dance class at Gledholt Methodists Church on Sunday afternoons!

5 Rhythms is a movement meditation and ecstatic dance practice. There will be some teaching but the main instruction is to dance like no one's watching! It's the antidote to school disco awkwardness

This month's teacher Ben Deutsch will take us through a 'wave' following the 5 Rhythms of Flow, Stacatto, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.

Sunday 15th November from 3pm-4.30pm

We'll open the space at 2.30pm for soft drinks, hellos and community. Dancing will start at 3pm.

Cost - £9 payable in advance or £10 on the door with some free places and concessions thanks to support from One Community Fund ( email marshianarts@gmail.com to arrange).

There will be about 12 parking spaces at Gledholt Methodist Church, so if you can park on nearby streets that leaves those spaces for people with mobility issues. There's lots of parking in the streets nearby like Grasmere Road, on the other side of Westbourne Road.Church parking is indicated by white lines and 'church users only' signs on each space (we can use those). Please don't park in or block yellow (resident) spaces. Please look out for the one-way system that goes between the 2 buildings into the rear car park.
