On Friday 31 July 2026, Smile Bar and Venue in Bradford will host The Darkniss, the UK’s foremost tribute to the British rock band The Darkness. The set faithfully recreates the band’s signature high-energy blend of glam-metal riffs and theatrical showmanship, led by vocalist Joe Gash. Known for his impressive falsetto range and commanding stage presence—honed through roles in *Grease*, *Rock of Ages*, and ITV’s *Starstruck*—Gash is backed by three seasoned musicians on lead guitar, bass, and drums. Together, they capture the swagger and bombast of The Darkness’s catalogue, from soaring guitar solos to stomping, anthemic choruses. Tickets are priced at £15.
