As the days grow shorter and the world gets busier, give yourself the gift of an hour to pause, rest and reconnect.

Settle in and allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls to help you unwind.

At Crystal Rose Wellbeing, I provide Sound Bath experiences designed to encourage relaxation, balance, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment.

What is a sound bath?

A deeply relaxing experience where sound and vibration help calm your mind and body.

You simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to guide you into a state of deep rest

Perfect if you feel stressed, overwhelmed, or just need to switch off.

*please note parking is available on the car park across the road at the end of the canal. There is also street parking available.

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you’ll simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments to gently calm your mind, relax your body and restore your energy.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, struggling to switch off, or simply looking to gift yourself an hour of peace, this session is for you.

Please bring:
