About This Event

City Arts Forum returns to Hull Central Library on 8 October 2026, offering a dramatic evening of live theatre curated by Hull City Council Arts Development. Various performers will present their works within the historic library venue during an event scheduled to run from six until eight in the evening. Hosted by a prominent local arts body, this forum aims to showcase the compelling power of storytelling through a programme of diverse performances.

City Arts Forum returns 8 October 2026 (6–8pm) at Central Library, Hull - hosted by Hull City Council Arts Development.

Thursday 8 October, 6-8pm, James Reckitt Rooms, Hull Central Library, Albion Street, HU1 3TF.

City Arts Forum is an opportunity to network, share your work, thoughts, ideas and updates as well as hearing from us and others about arts development work in the city. It is a networking event for all those involved and/or interested in the Arts in Hull.

October's meeting will be themed around preparing effective funding bids and also have a discussion with literature focus.

We will also have an update on the developing Artists Growth Programme.
