Book your amazing birthday party in our Hall at Oasis Hull!- keep your costs down by taking responsibility for setting up and leaving our space clean and tidy- and enjoy exclusive use of our huge Hall!

We have enough space to invite your whole class, friemds and family! 80-100 people!

You will have full exclusive use of the empty Hall space, to allow you to book and set up your own Bouncy Castle / softplay or entertainment, games and whatever you require for your special Birthday Party.

Tables with table cloths and chairs are provided and juice for the children & Tea and coffee for the Grownups!

We will provide-

· Our Hall space that will be clean and tidy when you arrive

· A party table set up with tablecloth ready for your party food

· Unlimited squash for the kids and teas and coffees for the parents

· A member of staff on hand to make sure you know where things are and to deal with emergencies, such as a fire alarm

You will take responsibility for-

· Booking and arranging set and take down up in your allocated time, all your own entertainment ( Bouncy castle / soft play or entertainers etc)

· Making sure children are supervised at all times, and they play safely

· Respecting our maximum capacity

· Talking to us in advance if you have any special requirements

· Supplying party food, plates, decorations

· Asking your guests to leave on time so you can clear up

· Cleaning up after your party to leave the space ready for the next group

· Taking your rubbish home with you

We can sometimes provide an additional member of staff to help with setting up and clearing up meaning you don’t need to clean up at the end of the party. The cost for this is an additional £60. Please ask us if you would like to arrange this.

Each booking is for 3 hours which includes 30 minutes setting up, 2 full hours to party, and 30 minutes clean down time for you.

Party Set up 1.30-2pm

Invite guests to arrive at 2 pm

Guests leave by 4pm

Clean up and tidy away 4-4.30pm

Cancellation Terms

If you cancel the party giving 7 days or less notice the full party fee will still be charged.

Notice of cancellation between 4 weeks and 7 days before the party will incur a 50% charge plus the Eventbrite fee.

Notice of cancellation between 8 weeks and 4 weeks before the party will incur a 25% charge plus the Eventbrite fee.

If more than 8 weeks’ notice of cancellation is given the only fee to be charged will be the Eventbrite fee (Currently around £12)
