Productivity People are a consultancy business who help SME’s unlock superior performance by applying a structured, proven approach to productivity improvement. They work with manufacturing and professional service organisations to diagnose operational challenges, engage teams, and deliver a clear, actionable Strategic Improvement Plan that accelerates growth, efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.
They will show you the benefits of utilising a digital twin to drive productivity improvement in the long term.
” Digital twins improve productivity by creating a digital representation of operations, enabling organisations to predict issues, optimise performance, reduce downtime, and make better decisions. This leads to increased efficiency, lower costs, improved quality, and greater operational resilience.”
This conclusion, to research by McKinsey, aligns closely with operational excellence, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives that many companies use to drive productivity gains.
A “managerial tool” digital twin is different from an engineering or asset digital twin. Its purpose is not to model equipment in detail, but to provide leaders with data-driven representation of how the business operates, enabling better decisions about productivity, service, cost, risk, capacity, and performance.
