Relaxed, informal peer support group in Hull for 18+ adults with ADHD/AuDHD

Neurospicy in Hull Peer Support Group

The sessions are relaxed and informal and usually centred around topics like emotional regulation, relationships, sleep and rejection sensitivity. There’s no pressure to speak and people can engage at their own pace.

The group is for adults aged 18 and over and is volunteer run. While we aim to create a supportive space, we are not a counselling or crisis service.

Alongside weekly sessions, we also run:

Occasional workshops such as somatic therapy, creative sessions and tai chi

Fortnightly walks across Hull and surrounding areas, open to friends, family, children and dogs

A diagnosis is not required. We welcome anyone exploring ADHD, including those who identify as AuDHD.
