Deep relaxation through sound. An immersive sound experience designed to ease stress, quiet the mind, and support rest and wellbeing.
Join me at 7pm in the beautiful Old School in Hadleigh for a deeply relaxing evening.
Bring your own mat and blanket, along with an eye mask if you'd like. If you don't have these items, please let me know. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. We will start with some grounding cacao, followed by some stretching and meditation. The sound bath itself should last around an hour.
We begin with cacao and meditation. Cacao is a beautiful plant medicine that works with the heart. It is a gentle way to ground together and reflect on our cards and intentions. Having no intention is also welcomed!
Benefits of sound baths:

Some participants experience emotional release or improved mood
Often described as grounding and centering
Improved Sleep & Rest
Deep relaxation during a sound bath may help with falling asleep later
Useful as a wind-down practice for people with insomnia or poor sleep quality
Physical Relaxation
Vibrations may help ease muscle tension and promote a sense of bodily relaxation
Some people report temporary relief from headaches or minor aches
Mindfulness & Meditation Support
The sounds can make it easier to stay present, especially for those who find silent meditation difficult
Helps deepen breath awareness and body awareness
Sense of Balance & Well-Being
Often associated with feelings of harmony, balance, and inner calm
Can create a feeling of connection or spiritual well-being for some individuals
Sound baths are a complementary wellbeing practice and are not intended to replace medical treatment.
