Home DIY Made Easy: An Evening With the DIY Dad

Fed up with looking things up online and still getting stuck? Come and see it done properly, ask your questions, and leave with the confidence to sort the job yourself.

Dean, known online as the DIY Dad from the account casadelacommodore (https://www.instagram.com/casadelacommodore), is running his first ever in person event. He'll be doing a live demo of the kind of job people usually only learn by watching someone else do it. Attendees get hands-on time themselves, working with the same setup Dean uses, so they can actually feel what they're doing rather than just watching from a chair.

What's included on the night

A short introduction to Dean and how he got into DIY content

A full live demo done step by step

Hands-on time to try it yourself

An open Q&A where attendees can bring their own home problems and get advice

Take-home resources covering what's been gone through, so nobody's relying on memory

Refreshments throughout the evening

Giveaways on the night worth over £300, courtesy of Sodastream and Ryobi
