Come along to the Karibu Dance, Exercise & Macmillan Coffee Morning! 💃🏾☕🎶

Join us on Thursday 24 September 2026 at Burlington Church Halls, 2 Burlington Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 2EU, for a fun-filled community event bringing people together through movement, music, refreshments and connection.

What to expect:

Dance Session with Stefan Freedman – Get moving and enjoy an energetic dance session from 11:00 AM–12:30 PM.

Macmillan Coffee Morning – Join us for tea, coffee, good company and a chance to support a great cause, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Bring a Cake or Something Yummy to Share – Homemade or shop-bought, every contribution is welcome.

Community, Connection & Fun – Come along, meet others, get active and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere.

All Ages and Abilities Welcome – Everyone is encouraged to take part at their own pace.

Supporting Macmillan Cancer Support – All proceeds from the event will go to Macmillan Cancer Support.

Whether you come for the dancing, the coffee, the community spirit or simply to support a good cause, we would love to see you there!
