Free session covering how to look after your new baby and getting feeding off to a great start.

This 3 hours session is a great way to prepare for your new arrival, looking after your new baby as well as how to get breastfeeding off to a great start.

These small group sessions are run by our maternity support team who are pros in all things newborn and breastfeeding, the sessions are informal and a great chance to meet other new parents and ask all those burning questions (or ones you didn’t even know you had!)

We will talk you through what to expect while you are in hospital with your newborn, as well as the support you can expect from us when you come home. We will also discuss nappy changing, bathing baby, safe sleep, jaundice and much more. In our infant feeding section aims to help get breastfeeding and bonding with your baby off to a great start, helping you feel more confident, and able to make an informed decision about feeding your baby.

When should I book? The ideal time to book a session for when you will be around 35 weeks. These sessions do book up very quickly so please don’t leave it too late to book.

How many tickets can I book? Partners are encouraged to attend, please book a ticket for each person that will be attending (max 2)
