Your experience begins with a guided stroll through the beautiful medieval garden and the historic kitchen. You will learn about the plants and ingredients that defined Irish food long ago, uncovering the fascinating stories hidden within these ancient grounds.

Following the tour, the kitchen will become our gathering space for a live cookery demonstration and tasting. Clare Anne will show you how to take inspiration from the past and turn it into delicious, modern dishes.
