As we move from the light of summer into the grounding energy of autumn, we are invited to slow down, release what we no longer need, and return to balance. 🤎

Join me for a beautiful morning of connection, intention and deep rest as we honour the turning of the seasons.

And this one feels extra special… this will be my final Morning Circle of 2026. 🤎

I’ve really loved creating these spaces of connection, sisterhood and stillness throughout the year, but for the coming months I need to turn my focus towards some other study and learning that I’m undertaking. 🧘‍♀️

So, before I step away for a little while, I’d love to gather one more time — to honour the changing season, reflect on what we’re ready to release, and create space for what we’re welcoming in. 🍂✨

Come start your week in a beautiful way at Castlecomer's Discovery Park, with space held by holistic therapist Grace O'Grady of AURA in Castlecomer.

Having noticed a void in mindfulness and relaxation classes during daytime and school time hours, - classes will now be running on selected Monday mornings at 10.00am, please arrive 10-15minutes before start time

What a beautiful way to start your week, relaxing, resetting and regulating your nervous system in a beautiful setting. Take advantage of the beautiful nature walks and coffee shop also in the park, complementary parking in the discovery park carpark.

Sound baths offer a variety benefits, primarily related to stress reduction, relaxation, and improved well-being. They induce a state of deep relaxation, potentially lower blood pressure, and improve sleep quality. Many find that sound baths reduce anxiety, promote emotional release, and even enhance creativity and intuition.

Cacao is a plant medicine drink, a heart medicine - both spiritually and physically with huge positive impacts which helps facilitate a safe space for introspection, reflection & emotional release. An amazing meditative tool - Grace will explain more about its history and benifets in class.

Everyone is welcome, in our safe space for us all to connect and reset.

Please note:

Sound baths are not suitable for any who has a pace maker/defibrator or cardiac arythemias do to electromagnatic field changes from the sound waves, same applies to cochlear implants. They are also not suitable for anyone with deep vein thrombosis or blood clots due to movement in the body caused from the sound. It is also not recommended for people who suffer with epilespy - especially sound induced and during the first trimester of pregancy. If your body has been through any major trauma in the last 3-6 months please consult your GP. If you have metal plates/pins please consult Grace at the beginning of class

There is also some contra-indications to Cacao, Please provide details if you are on any medications or have any heart conditions.
