Come join us for a special gathering at Koru Wellness for a nurturing Women's Circle designed to help you unwind, recharge, and connect.

❤️ Women's Circles are back by popular demand. ❤️

I have seen such a rise in interest, and need, in spaces for women to come and decompress, to connect to themselves, to soften their bodies, share their hearts and release the load that they have been carrying for so long by themselves.

Women's Circles are ancient and have stood the test of time because they hold a medicine so fundamental to the wellbeing of women, and in turn our communities. Sitting in a sacred space with other women heals the part of us that feels we are alone in how we are feeling, it speaks to the part of us that knows we need community to be wholly well, it touches the heart when another woman sees you and acknowledges your unique light.

Spaces are limited and usually book out fast so DM to secure your spot.

With love,

Trisha 🌹
