A workshop focusing on leadership skills will be held at the King's Lynn Innovation Centre (KLIC) on 18 November 2026 from 09:15. The session is intended for individuals new to leadership roles including owners and managers. Attendance is free.
This workshop is ideal for anyone new to a leadership role, including owner/ managers and the senior management team.
Objectives of the Workshop
Meet the Trainer
Kate Wilde is a business adviser and Managing Director of Engage with Business Ltd, specialising in leadership and management development for small business owners. She helps founders step into their role as leaders, building confidence, strengthening decision making and shaping practical systems that make businesses run more smoothly. Kate’s approach is direct, supportive and grounded in real world experience, giving clients the tools they need to lead with clarity and purpose.
This workshop one day workshop is suitable for business owners/managers who want to drive their business forward and ambitious people who are keen to develop themselves and play a leading role in an organisation. It is highly participative with a mixture of discussion, exercises and activities. Although all modules will be covered, the content will be flexible to meet the needs of those attending on the day.

Eligibility:
These small group workshops are funded by Norfolk County Council, Suffolk County Council, and The Department of Business and Trade and are open to any trading business, freelancer, or charity based in Norfolk or Suffolk, UK.
