The tour will include a visit to the Lancaster Cohousing project at Forgebank, providing an opportunity to experience creating and living in cohousing. You will also have the chance to see some technical details about the Passivhaus homes, the communal facilities, and the renewable technologies.

The tour will also briefly include the Halton Mill eco workspace and information about the community Hydro scheme. This will give you a comprehensive understanding of the Lancaster Cohousing project and its community-driven initiatives.

The tour will be followed by light refreshments in the Common House. The price for the tour ranges from £3.50 to £12.00.
