No artistic experience needed – just come along, relax and enjoy!

During this friendly and relaxed two-hour session, Justine will guide you step by step through a simple yet beautiful mindful art technique using Sharpie pens, fineliners and acrylic pens.

You'll discover how repetitive patterns, shapes and creative expression can encourage relaxation, improve focus and help you unwind.

There's no pressure to create a masterpiece, no right or wrong way to do it, and absolutely no experience required.
